JO WRESTLING ATHLETES
These athletes are part the JO Wrestling Year Round Olympic Style Development System, who are personally trained by Jay LaValley to achieve their Olympic Style dreams. More than half of them started with Jay at 8 years old. Our formula is simply: CONSISTENCY! At least 1 private training session per week, at least 1 small group training session per week, and attend weekly FRECO where I expect all my athletes to come together and collaborate and share their skills.
