I decided to do this workout at 6pm on September 11, 2020, 19 years after terrorism hit US soil. I took a poll on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for what reps I should execute.
Started the workout at 11pm and ended around 1am, averaging about 2 reps a minute, but doing in sets of 10 and taking a minute or two break until I felt good enough to go again.
