2020 was a great success for JO Wrestling despite the global pandemic. JO Wrestling became a global resource for athletes and coaches to advance their knowledge in the sport of wrestling; with partners Suples Training System and Cliff Keen Athletic delivering apparel and equipment, JO Wrestling was able to leverage and utilize them into a technique library that ultimately reached a global audience.

*Grew @jowrestling TikTok from 0 to 205k followers in just 9 months
*Grew @jowrestling YouTube Channel from 0 to 1600 in one year
*Produced over 500 FREE technique clips available at www.youtube.com/jowrestling
*Produced over 70 FREE at home wrestling workouts available at www.youtube.com/jowrestling
*Developed Four Successful Weekly Series on 4 different platforms:

******Wednesday Wrestling Analysis TikTok Live
******Friday Facebook Live
******Sunday Skills Zoom Virtual Live
*Developed Sunday Chat Podcast Series with People who made an impact in my life and in our sport
*Engaged, collaborated, and provided consultation to athletes and coaches on 6 continents and over 30 countries
