Summer of 2018 I almost "walked away" from wrestling... a year later, after accepting a great opportunity at NOVA Wrestling, greater opportunities have been created for others now and in the future.
I am most thankful for all of the new and old athletes over the last 12 months who have followed me from Maryland to NOVA, thankful to help prepare those going to college this fall, thankful to those already in college and coming back to train with me, and most especially thankful to those who were with me 10 years ago as youth athletes and now want to train for World and Olympic Teams. You all have sparked and re-energized me to help bring out the best in all of you.
