The three set foundational workout program complement your compound lifting routine during a preparation phase. Typically 8 weeks is sufficient and the variety of these workouts help keep the joints and mindset from becoming stale.
Leg/Hips and Push/Pull shall be conducted every other week (in addition to your compound lifting) while the Kettlebell workout should be implemented on the off weeks.
Included in the program are comprehensive, detailed 10 minute, 17 minute, 10 minute videos demonstrating the exercises in real time and in slow motion with explanation. You will also receive a one sheet cheat sheet to download/print and track progress. Additionally, 3 one on one thirty-minute video analysis at week 1, week 4, week 8, week to ensure you're on track to have a breakout year!
