Freestyle/Greco Fargo Prep and Beyond with JO Wrestling Founder Jay LaValley, who is also Korean National Team liaison.
 
Two 2 hour sessions with Jay.  who has worked with over 100 Fargo All Americans in Maryland since 2008; most went on to Division 1 college to wrestle...full list HERE
 
Sessions run 10am to Noon, 60 minute lunch break, 1pm-3pm and will include instruction, drilling, live/situational wrestling.
 
$75, bring lunch or plenty of places nearby, just off of Route 66 Exit 53.
